Four workers sustained burn injuries after a gas cylinder explosion in a ship breaking yard of Sitakunda upazila of Chittagong district on Saturday.
The accident took place at the yard of Shital Enterprises in Boro Kumira area of the upazila around 9:45am. Chittagong Sitakunda Circle Assistant Police Super Salauddin Sikder told that four injured were taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) immediately . On Information, a team of police rushed to spot to witness the explosion. CMCH police outpost ASI Pankaj Barua told that the four people, who were admitted to the hospital with burn injuries, are out of danger.
