Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST) Rangamati unit organized a day-long training programme on human rights and remedies here at Asika Manobik Human Development centre on Wednesday.
Chief Judicial Magistrate of Rangamati hill district Mohammad Shamsuddin Khaled attended the training programme as key resource person. President of BLAST Rangamati unit Advocate Poritosh Datta, Coordinator of BLAST Jewel Dewan spoke on the occasion.
The workshop discussed fundamental rights, human rights, state responsibility and duty to protect human rights in the training.
Participants from Rangamati, Bandarban district and representatives of different non-governmental organizations (NGO) took part in the training.
