The BKSP Cup Under-18 Basketball Tournament began at the Basketball Court of BKSP in Savar on Friday.
Director General of BKSP Brigadier General Md Shamsur Rahman inaugurated the basketball competition.
In the day’s matches, West Bengal team of India overcame Rajshahi DSA by 45-26 points, BKSP Junior team beat Gregorian ACES by 32-21 points, BKSP defeated Chattogram DSA by 71-37 points, Lumbian Academy of Nepal beat BTS by 45-25 points.
A total of ten teams are taking part in the tournament. They are: Lumbian Academy of Nepal, West Bengal team of India, Khulna DSA, Chattogram DSA, Rajshahi DSA, Rangpur DSA, Gregorian ACES, BTS, BKSP and BKSP Junior team.
The final will be held on August 5.
