BKB gets two new DMDs

Bangladesh Krishi bank has appointed two new Deputy managing Director namely Mostafa Jalal Uddin Ahmed and Md. Abul Hossain, according to a press release.
Prior to his joining in BKB, Mostafa Jalal Uddin Ahmed was GM, Janata Bank Limited.
He started his career in Janata Bank Limited in 1983 as Senior Officer. He obtained B.S.S. (Honours) and Masters in Sociology from Dhaka University in 1979. He comes of a respectable Muslim family from the village of Rajapur under Sharonkhola Upzilla of Bagerhat. His parents name is the late Abdur Rashid Talukder and Begum Rawshon Ara.
He achieved the ”Best Banker of the Year of Janata Bank Ltd. in 2009 and 2010 for outstanding performance as a Corp.-1 Branch Manager. He has also got appreciation certificate, prize money and crest from Bangladesh Bank and Janata Bank for remarkably contributing school banking activities, decreasing classified loans and achieving the target accordingly. He took part in the various trainings, seminars and symposiums held at home and abroad.
Besides, Md. Abul Hossain, prior to joining the BKB served the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) as a General Manager.
He started his career in ICB in 1998 as System Analyst. He obtained B.Sc (Honours) and M Sc in Statistics from Jahangirnagar University in 1990. He comes of a respectable Muslim family in the district of Madaripur.
He was the Chairman of 3 subsidiary companies under ICB ” Asset Management Company Ltd., Securities Trading Company Ltd. and Aziz Pipe Company Ltd.
He also worked as one of Directors of The Farmers’ Bank Ltd. and Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. He performed as EC member of IBBL Successfully. He took part in the various trainings, seminars and symposiums.
