Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation (BJMC) emerged as the champions of the National Cycling Competition at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Friday. BJMC bagged eight gold, nine silver and four bronze medals. Bangladesh Army, the runners-up of the meet captured eight gold, three silver and 10 bronze medals. Bangladesh Ansar, which team finished third in the competition gained six gold, four silver and five bronze medals.
After the competition, Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports Arif Khan Joy distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest. President of Bangladesh Cycling Federation Mizanur Rahman Manu, General Secretary of Bangladesh Cycling Federation Parvez Hasan were present at the time.
