bKash Ltd provides about 35,000 books to Bishwo Shahitto Kendro facilitating its ‘Nationwide Enrichment (Book Reading) Programme’ for students, says a prees release.As the first of the initiatives of this year, the book reading programme has been launched yesterday by Bishwo Shahitto Kendro in association with bKash at the BIAM Model School and College at New Eskaton in the city. The programme will gradually be launched at different other schools. Around 30,000 students from class VI to X of 400 schools are expected to read the books provided by bKash this year. Under the programme, each student will get an opportunity to read 12 to 16 books round the year. Nurul Islam, DG , BIAM Foundation inaugurated the book reading programme as the Chief Guest while Kamal Quadir, Chief Executive Officer of bKash handed over the books to Abdullah Abu Sayeed, Founder Chairman and Chief Executive of Bishwo Shahitto Kendro.
