State Minister for Youth and Sports Biren Sikder, MP, Saturday left for Scotland to join the sports ministers’ meeting for the 20th Commonwealth Games scheduled to be held from July 23 to August 3.
The meeting will be held on July 21 in Glasgow.
The state minister will return home on July 31.
