The South Asian (SA)-Regional Anti Doping Organization (RADO) (SA-RADO) board meeting and program implementation workshop inaugurated on Tuesday at the city’s local hotel.
Organised by Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) medical and anti doping committee, State Minister for Youth and Sports Biren Sikder, MP inaugurated the two-day workshop as the chief guest.
Bangladesh Olympic Association secretary general Shahed Reza was present as the special guest.
The following representatives of World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) and SA-RADO participated in the SA-RADO board meeting.
They are Kazuhiro Hayashi (Japan), Thomas May and David Julien (Canada), Mohamed Mahid Shareef and Zeenia Zahir (Maldives), Dr. Tenzin Norsang Norbhu (Bhutan), said a BOA press release on Tuesday.
