The day-long Birds Fair-2018 will be held today on the campus of Jahangirnagar University (JU).
Department of Zoology of JU in association with Wild Life Rescue Center (WLRC), Bangladesh Bird Club, Aronnyok Foundation, Prokriti O Jibon Foundation and Bangladesh Forest Department will organise the fair on the Zahir Raihan auditorium premises on the campus raising mass awareness about the bird’s conservation.
Convener of the fair and Professor of Zoology department Md Kamrul Hasan disclosed the information at a press conference at the office of Jahangirnagar University Journalists Association (JUJA) recently.
JU Vice-Chancellor Professor Farzana Islam is expected to inaugurate the fair.
