Entertainment Report :Aqdh of popular actress, model and Lux superstar Afsan Ara Bindu was held at Utsab Hall of Radisson Water Garden Blu in the city on Friday night under a homely arrangement. Bindu’s aqdh was held with owner of Asif Apparels Asif S Malik, hailed from Comilla, is now staying in Dhaka. Besides family members of both Bindu and Asif, their friends and well-wishers were present on the occasion. While sharing her feeling about her aqdh Bindu told this correspondent, “Very soon at a suitable time I will arrange my post-nuptial reception at a suitable place. But in several days I am completely away from the acting. Before the wedding.” “Asif’s family members always see me as like their daughter. For this reason, after marriage I want to give more time to this family. Everybody pray for me. I want to clear one thing that is I will quit acting after marriage. It is only my personal decision.”From last year’s Eid-ul-Azha Bindu didn’t acting in any play. For this reason, for last one year she was absent from media. Besides acting in TV plays, Bindu also acted in four movies. These are: Tawquir Ahmed’s Daruchini Dwip, Khizir Hayat’s Jaago, PA Kajol’s Pirit-er Agun Jwoley Dwigun and Sohel Arman’s Eito Prem. The last movie is waiting to release soon. Sakib Khan acted against her in this movie.Though she is residing in the city’s Mirpur area after marriage Bindu, hailed from Jhenidah, will stay along with her law’s house in Uttara area, she said.
