Bindu Kona’s two stage shows on Victory Day, her birthday

Bindu Kona basically got appreciation from the audience to
render folk songs in and outside the country. Specially the song titled Amito bhalana bhala loiyai thaiko in her voice brought the singer into limelight. After getting popularity by this song, number of stage shows of Bindu Kona has increased. During Corona pandemic, she is trying to be regular in stage show. She already took part in stage shows in Dhaka’s Uttara and 100-feet, Bhanga and Gazipur. Besides folk songs, she has concentrated to all types of songs now.
Bindu Kona said that she does not want to be identified as singer of a specific genre. For this reason, besides rendering folk songs, she wants to render and release modern songs. She already took part in Channel i’s 300-Second programme. Last week she also took part in Banglavision’s celebrity talk show Aamar Ami. Today is the Victory Day and her birthday. She feels pride in this regard. While talking in this regard Bindu Kona said, “It is really a delightful matter that the Victory Day and my birthday are on same day. This year I have no special plan to celebrate the day. I want to pass time with my family today. Everybody pray for me and for my family as we remain safe during Corona pandemic.”
“Today I will take part in two stage shows – in Mawa at noon and at Austogram of Bhairab at night. Therefore, tomorrow I will perform in another stage show in Dhaka’s Mohammadpur area and on December 26 at Radisson,” she also said.
In last Valentine’s Day, in Bindu Kona’s voice, the song Prano sokhire was released on YouTube channel, which got popularity. Till now more than 12 lakh viewers enjoyed the song, which was written by Jasim Uddin and was first recorded in voice of Abbas Uddin. JK Majlish arranged the song in new way.
