Biman Bangladesh Airlines has suspended a cabin crew member for her alleged misbehaving with passengers.
Sources said, the accused crew member, Mugni Mustafa, a Stewart, reportedly misbehaved with passengers on Biman’s Dhaka-bound flight from Kolkata recently.
Officials said, Biman Bangladesh Airlines was grounded four cabin crew members, including Mugni Mustafa, in the same incident on Saturday.
They were grounded at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata based on a verbal complaint by a passenger on that flight.
Biman officials said that they will not allow the accused on further flights until the complaints are resolved.
Tahera Khandaker, spokesperson of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, confirmed the suspension of Mugni Mustafa.
She told journalists that they were scrutinizing the allegations against the other three cabin crew members who are now grounded.
“We have yet to decide about the trio as the allegations against them are scrutinizing till now,” she said.
