BIKERS BREACH LAW, CAUSE ACCIDENTS : Motorcyclists in the capital have been constantly breaching the traffic rules and regulations. The unruly bikers often hit private cars, buses causing deadly accidents. They even create nuisance to pedestrians by driving motorcycles on footpaths and wrong-way due to lack of proper enforcement of traffic rules and in absence of strong monitoring. The relevant government authorities now need to act hard against the unruly bikers.
