Kishoreganj District Administration including Education Department arranged an easy, drawing, and music competition for the student and discussion marking national Bijoy Full (Victory flower) on Sunday.
A discussion meeting was held at Local Art Council hall on Sunday noon.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Md. Sarowar Morshed Chowdhury and Police Super (SP) Md. Mashrukur Rahman Khaled BPM (Bar) were attended as chief and special guest while ADC (Education & ICT) Md. Habibur Rahman in the chair.
It was addressed among others by D.E.O Julfiqar Ali, D.P.E.O Subrata Kumar Bonik, District Press Club President Mostafa Kamal, CAB President Alam Sarowar Tito, S.V Govt. Girls School Headmaster Shanaze Kabir, District Krishak League President Ahamad Ullah and District Scouts Secretary Abdul Awal Munna.
BSS from Gaibandha adds: Bijoy Phul’ making competition for the students up to class XII ended at Zila Shilpakala Academy (ZSA) of the town here ended on Tuesday amid much enthusiasm and festivity.
Apart from it, the competition on story and poem writing, poem recitation, drawing and solo acting and film producing was also held at the same venue while the Cabinet Division supervised the competition, sources said.
The competitions were held in three categories – Group-‘Ka’ up to Class V, Group ‘Kha’ from Class VI to VIII and Group ‘Ga’ from Class IX to XII and both male and female students took part in the competitions.
