Bijori Barkatullah was one of the popular TV actresses of her generation. She is not only an actress but also a dance artiste, model and host. Today is her birthday. She takes break on her birthday.
Before birthday she also worked. Bijori informed that yesterday she took part in shooting of a TV commercial of Online er Jonno Vim at Coke Studio in the capital’s Tejgaon area under the direction of Rubayet Mahmud. She performed as a model in this TVC where she took part in shooting from afternoon to night on Sunday. But she does have any schedule today for the celebration of her birthday.
While talking in this regard Bijori told this correspondent, “I have really no special plan to celebrate my birthday. But everybody pray for me as I can always remain well.”
Bijori also informed that she will stay in Khulna from tomorrow to November 18 where she will take part in campaign of ‘Marks All-rounder Greehini.’ For the last three months she has already taken part in promotional campaign in 14 different districts as a successful woman. This time she will stay in Khulna for three days at a time where she will give speech among hundreds women. She will have to give speech for 20 to 25 minutes.
Now Bijori acted serial Baba Thakey Bashai directed by Golam Muktadir Shan, and Basic Ali directed by Goutam Koiree are being aired on Duranto TV and Channel i respectively. She has already finished shooting of a short film titled Promotion directed by Rehan-Zakir.
