It is gratifying to note that for the first time in the history of the United States of America native American have been appointed as secretary of the Ministry of Interior which means that President Joseph Biden honors native American which represents according to the decennial census 2.9 million Native American residing in the United States of America. This is for the first time in 244 years history of America that a native was appointed as Secretary of Interior. As a matter of fact, indigenous people settled in America by at least 15000 BCE.
Confirmation by the Senate on 15 March by the Senate is a groundbreaking indeed-the first indigenous person to lead the Department of Interior in view of a long and sordid history of hostility to indigenous people.

Xaver Becerra, first Latino, has become head of Health and Human Services while Alejandro Mayaorkes,Latino, has been appointed as Secretary of Homeland Security while Miguel Cardona, Latino, has been appointed as Secretary of Education.

I personally salute Samantha for abstaining from voting a resolution in the Security Council which allows the UN to censure Israel on 23 December, 2016. For the first time a woman Janet Yellen has been appointed as secretary of treasury.
In fact, this is interesting to note that women have been dominating in the administration of President Joseph R Biden’s cabinet.
