Bangladesh Indenting Agents’ Association (BIAA) celebrated its “40 Years of Excellence”along with “The Best Indenting Service Exporters Award-2018” at the Pan Pacific Sonargon Hotel in the city recently with a festive mood.
Industry Minister Amir Hossain Amu, was the chief guest of the event while Railways Minister Md. Mazibul Hoque, MP, Prime Minister’s Private Sector Development Advisor Salman F Rahman were special guests and FBCCI President Md. Shafiul Islam (Mohiuddin), graced the event as the guest of honor. BIAA President Muhammad Ayub presided over on the occasion.
Inaugurating the program, Amu said Bangladesh is moving ahead boldly towards the Development of Super Highway.
He said Bangladesh has already achieved outstanding performance in terms of GDP, per capita income, industrial growth and also remarkable progress achieved in socio-economic indicators than that of other Asian countries. He said also, indentors have been playing a very strong role in bringing in quality raw materials exporting their services to the foreign companies and enriching our government exchequer by repatriating foreign currency in the country. Indentors are branding Bangladesh and our economy as well-added the minister.
