A 12-member Bhutanese parliamentary delegation, led by Chairperson of National Council of Bhutan (Speaker) Dr Sonam Kinga, on Monday visited Dharmarajika Buddha Bihar at Sobujbagh in the city.
“Bangladesh Bouddha Kristi Prachar Sangha has been playing a vital role in spreading the religion,” said Dr Kinga during the visit.
He expressed satisfaction over their visit to the Buddha Bihar and said bilateral relations between Bangladesh and Bhutan are growing stronger with the passage of time.
