A science seminar on effectiveness of home drug Lachesis was arranged by Bangladesh Homeopathic Medical Association , Chittagong chapter at its Old church office premises on Saturday with its vice President Dr. Nurssafa in the chair. Divisional Govt representative of Bangladesh Homeopathic Board Dr. Saleh Ahmed Suleman graced the occasion as chief guest. Principal of Dr. Zakir Hossain City Corporation Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital Dr. Nurul Amin was the principal speaker in the seminar. Former Principal .of Chittagong Homeopathic Medical College Dr. Dulal Kanti Chowdhury was present in it as special speaker. Dr. Naiyem Kader, Dr. Md. Shamsuddin, Dr. Tapan Bhowmik, Prof. Dr.R.K,Dutta, Dr. Zakir Hossain, Dr. Md. Yasin, Dr. Md. Ismail Chowdhury, Dr.Dilip Kumar Dey, Dr. Md.Abdur Rahim, Dr.Md.Sarwaruddin Arif were present in the seminar as special guest , BHMA sources said. The keynote speaker in the seminar elaborately discussed the effectiveness of the Lachesis homeo drug in human body .
The seminar was told that Lachesis is prepared from the venom of the snake which can destroy the anti-human body bacteri and poisonous cells of the body.
Among others, Md. Alauddin Bhuyia, Dr. Samiron chakraborty, Dr. Alhaj Siddique Ahmed, Dr. Daniel Baroi, Dr.Kutubuddin, Dr. Ahsanul Islam, Dr. Mohsin Ali,, Dr. Md. Nanno Mridha and Farjana Akhter spoke on the occasion.
