From June 25 to 28, Bangladesh Film Festival was organized by Federation of Film Societies for second time at Nondan in Kolkata. This was festival was wrapped by screening of Bhabna acted her first movie Bhoyonkor Sundor directed by Animesh Aich.
Earlier Bhabna’s this movie was also screened in different film festivals held in USA, Singapore, London and Canada. For the first time Bhabna got the opportunity to attend any festival as invited guest.
While talking in this regard Bhabna told this correspondent, “Though Bhoyonkor Sundor was screened in different festivals outside the country but I couldn’t get the scope to attend there. This time I was invited guest in this film festival in Kolkata. For this reason, I give thanks to Indian High Commission to invite me. I am really excited and feeling pleasure to attend the festival. I will return to Bangladesh on July 1.”
This Eid Bhabna acted in many plays including Animseh Aich directed play Gulnehar which was Bhabna’s own written novel Gulnehar attracted the attention of the viewers. Dilara Zaman’s acting was highly impressed by the viewers in this play.
