Bakhrabad Gas Distribution Company Ltd (BGDCL), a company of Petrobangla, made operating profit worth around Tk 217.86 lakh during the just concluding fiscal year 2017-2018, the company said in a press release recently.
At the beginning of the financial year 2017-2018, the company management had formulated an action plan and sent the directions to the field level for achieving al the business targets aiming to make BGDCL a profitable, the statement added.
Bakhrabad Gas Distribution Company Ltd disclosed the information at its 38th Annual General Meeting held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the capital.
The additional secretary (development) Parveen Akhter, who is also chairperson of BGDCL’s board of directors, chaired the meeting.
The Deputy General Manager (Public Administration) TIKM Abul Hossain also speaks at the meeting.
