Risingbd.com :Alongside police force, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members will be deployed in the capital to ensure security for the city residents during Eid festival, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said.The minister came up with the statement while briefing reporters at his secretariat office on Thursday.Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said necessary steps have been taken to ensure security for the people living in the capital during Eid festival. Security cordon of several tiers have been set. Besides, proper security will be ensured in the industrial belts. Additional members of law enforcement agencies will be deployed as security issues have been taken into consideration with more importance. There will be watch towers and reserve forces in the main thoroghfares. Additional 15000 ansar members will guard the capital, he added.
