BGB seizes musk worth about TK 1.04 cr

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) in an overnight drive seized 52 pieces of musk deer worth about Taka 1.04 crore from Koya frontier of Pachbib Upazila here.
“BGB members seized the musk trafficked in Bangladesh from Indian territory. But none could be arrested in this connection,” a spokesman of the paramilitary border watchdog told BSS.
A legal process is underway in this connection, he added.
