Border Guard Bangladesh men early Wednesday seized sweater and knitting accessories raiding the office of SA Paribahan at Benapole in Jessore district.
Lt Col Jahangir Hossain, commanding officer, 26 Border Guard Battalion told New Nation that acting on a tip off BGB men raided Benapole based office of SA Paribahan and sized sweater and knitting machines and accessories worth Tk 1 crore 60 lakh. ‘But none was apprehended in connection with the seizures’, the BGB official added.
The BGB official, however, did not give any more information immediately after the operation.
