Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized 98,000 pieces of smuggled tablets from frontier village Nandipur near Hili border of Hakimpur upazila in Dinajpur on Sunday afternoon.
“A special BGB patrol party raided frontier village Nandipur near international boundary pillar no-287 and seized an abandoned sac containing the smuggled tablets,” Commander of Mongla Special BGB Camp Nayek Subedar Salahuddin said.
After searching the sac, they seized a total of 98.000 pieces of contraband ‘Dexon’ and “‘Paropotin’ tablets from the spot.
