Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) will form a human chain on the premises of the Jatiya Press Club (JPC) at 11am on January 1 to press home its eight-point demands, including implementation of ninth wage board award and enactment of mass media employees’ service conditions act.
BFUJ President Omar Faruque and Secretary General Dip Azad have requested leaders and members of all journalist organizations, including Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ), to join the programme in time, said a press release.
