The Professional Football League Committee (PFLC) of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) has approved six venues out of nine across the country to host the ensuing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football.
Primarily approved six venues are: Bangabandhu National Stadium (Dhaka), MA Aziz Stadium (Chattogram), Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni Stadium (Gopalganj), Sheikh Kamal Stadium (Nilphamari) and Shaheed Bhulu Stadium (Noakhali).
The decision was taken at a PFLC meeting held at BFF board meeting on Saturday headed by its chairman and BFF vice President Abdus Salam Murshedy in the chair.
The BPL matches for first time will be held only three days a week-Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All the PBL clubs will be entitled to register maximum four foreign players in their line-up as per AFC guideline including ane Asian footballer and all of them will play for a team in a match.
