BFF announces preliminary squad for FIFA invitational matches

Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) on Tuesday initially picked-up 32 national footballers to join the residential training camp for playing two FIFA International Friendly Football matches agianst Singapore and Afghanistan ahead of their FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
Bangladesh will face Singapore National Football team on May 30 and will play SAFF champions Afghanistan on June 2, both to begin at 4 pm at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka.
Bangladesh, which was placed in strong Group B alongwith Australia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Jordan, will start their World Cup qualifiers campaign taking on Kyrgyzstan on June 11 in home match at the Bangabandhu National Stadium here.
Selected players are: Goalkeeper -Rasel Mahmud (Sheikh Russel), Shahidul Alam, Mazharul Islam Himel (Sheikh Jamal), Mohammad Nayeem (Team BJMC), Ashraful Islam Rana (Mohammedan SC).
Defender: Rayhan Hasan, Nasiruddin Chowdhury, Yeasin Khan, Yeamin Ahmed Choedhury Munna, Mohammad Linkon, Kastro Kumar Bosh (Sheikh Jamal), Tapu Barman, Rezaul Karim (Sheikh Russel), Nasirul Islam Nasir (Abahani Ltd),
Midfield : Hemonta Vincent Biswas, Jamal Bhuiyan, Mamunul Islam Mamun, Sohel Rana, Monaem Khan Raju,( Sheikh Jamal), Shahedul Alam Shahed, Emon Mahmud (Abahani Ltd), Reasat Islam (Germany),

Selected players have been asked to report Team Manager Amirul Islam Babu on May 17 at 12 noon with their kits.
