The best swimmers hunt programme was held at the Barguna Swimming Complex recently.
Bangladesh Swimming Federation arranged the programme with the assistance of Barguna District Sports Association. Bangladesh Navy gave all sorts of cooperation to run the programme smoothly.
A total of 114 swimmers took part in four groups. Of them, 11 swimmers were selected.
They are: Baezid, Zahid, Priyanka, Ipa rani, Kalam, Mirza, Mahbub, Robiul, Shaheen, Sohel Rana and Sujan.
Commander of Bangladesh Navy SM Mahmudur Rahman, Lieutenant Commander of Bangladesh Navy M Naimul Haque, Lieutenant Commander of Bangladesh Navy M Nahid Hasan, General Secretary of Barguna District Sports Association Alamgir Hossain, President of Barguna Press Club Md Hasanur Rahman Jhontu were present at the inaugural ceremony.
Head Coach of Bangladesh Swimming Federation Pegun Park and official of the Federation Abdul Mannan related to the selection programme.
