The Beach Football Tournament begins today at the Laboni Point in Cox’s Bazar Sea Beach. Sports Directorate has arranged the football competition for the first time.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder will inaugurate the meet as the chief guest, while Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Md Asadul Islam will be with him as the special guest.DC of Cox’s Bazar Md Kamal Hossain will preside over the inaugural ceremony.Eight divisional teams will take part in the three-day long football meet.The final will be held on June 23. -Sports Reporter
