A day-long conference titled ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution: Bangladesh’s Limitations and Opportunities’ has started at Hotel Radisson Blu Chattogram from yesterday.
The Institute of Cost and Management Accounts of Bangladesh (ICMAB) Chattogram chapter has organized the conference .
The chief guest of the inaugural session of the conference Chattogram Divisional Commissioner Kamrul Hasan said that Digital Bangladesh was in the election manifesto of Awami League. The people have voted to implement it.
With the efforts and various initiatives of the government, Bangladesh has already entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Digital Bangladesh and the Fourth Industrial Revolution have brought opportunities for our youth. We have a long way to go.
Special guests were Ahmed Jamal, Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, AKM Delwar Hossain, President of SAFA, Abu Bakar Siddique, President of ICMAB.
Former President of ICMAB Arif Khan presented the keynote address under the chairmanship of Mohammad Arif, Chairman, ICMAB Chittagong Branch Council.Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce AHM Shafiquzzaman, Chairman of Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation Prof. Dr. Selim Uddin BDRL CEO. Syed A. Mamun, Chairman of Infinity Group Imtiaz Alam and others attended the conference as discussants. .
