BDCOM declared 10pc Dividend: BDCOM Online Limited declared 5 percent cash and 5 percent stock dividend for the year ended on 30th June 2020 for its shareholders. The declaration came out from its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday by using digital platform. Chairman of the company Wahidul Haque Siddiqui, presided over the meeting. Directors, Managing Director SM Golam Faruk Alamgir, Chief Financial Officer and a large number of shareholders attended the meeting. Audited Financial Statements, Auditors Report and Directors Report thereon for the year also adopted in the meeting, said a press release.
