The Annual accounts signing ceremony, 2015 of Bangladesh Development Bank Limited (BDBL) was held on Wednesday at its Board room with Board of Directors Chairman Md. Yeasin Ali in the chair.
The other directors including Sahabuddin Ahmed, Eklasur Rahman, Mustaque Ahmed, Md. Abu Hanif Khan, Dr. AK Obaidur Rahman, Eptear Hossain Pear and Managing Direction (Additional Charge) Mohammad Jalaluddin attended the meeting.
According to the accounts the bank earned Tk 51.73 crore net profit after tax for the year 2015.
It disbursed Tk 316 crore loans to different projects and realized Tk 314 crore from different loan projects. The bank will pay Tk 10 crore dividend to the government for the year.
