Bangladesh Women’s Football team will play against Hong Kong in a friendly match against Hong Kong at Tashkent in Uzbekistan on Sunday. Bangladesh Women showed a poor performance against Jordan and Iran in their matches of the recently concluded AFC Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers. Bangladesh lost to Jordan by five goals to nil in their first match on September 19 and then Bangladesh tasted a 5-0 goals defeat to Iran in their second match on September 22.
Hong Kong made a 1-1 draw with Nepal in their AFC Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers match. Hong Kong was scheduled to play against Philippines on Friday.
Head Coach of Bangladesh Women’s Football team Golam Rabbani Choton said, ” My girls will play a friendly match against Hong Kong. They will try to perform well in the Sunday’s match.”
