Bangladesh will take on Thailand in the second semi-final of the Asian Games Hockey Qualifiers at Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand today. The match will start at 3.00pm (Bangladesh Standard Time).
Bangladesh became Group-B champions grabbing maximum nine points from their three matches. The red-and-green outfit made an auspicious start defeating Indonesia by three goals to one in their opening Group-B match at the same venue on May 7.
Bangladesh maintained their winning streak beating Sri Lanka by 3-1 goals in their second Group-B match at the same venue on April 10.
Then, Bangladesh edged past Singapore by a solitary goal in their third Group-B match at the same venue on April 12.
