Bangladesh cricketers took part in practice session with in swing at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city’s Mirpur on Sunday.
The players, who took part in the recently concluded two-match Test series, participated in the practice session at the ‘Home of Cricket.’ Head Coach of Bangladesh Cricket team Russell Domingo and Fielding Coach Ryan Cook conducted the training session.
Mushfiqur Rahim, Liton Das, Taskin Ahmed, Mehedi Hasan Miraz, Taijul Islam and the other cricketers participated in the practice session.
The cricketers, who went to Sri Lanka to play two Test matches, have been quarantined at home, took part in the training session yesterday.
Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman could not take part in the practice session as they have been quarantined at the two separate city hotels.
The players, who took part in the practice session, did running, stretching, fielding, batting in the net. They also worked hard for improving their skill.
Marking the upcoming Sri Lanka ODI series, the coaches gave emphasis to the fielding for the participants.
