Staff Reporter :Bangladesh has opened its air space for the foreign countries which want to airlift their relief materials to Nepal.The government of Bangladesh on Monday took the decision in this regard in the cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. “Foreign countries can use the airports if they need to send relief materials to Nepal,” Primary and Mass Education Minister Mustafizar Rahman Fizar said after the meeting.Meanwhile, at least 3,218 people are reportedly killed in a massive earthquake which hit Nepal on Saturday. Rameshwor Dangal, head of Nepal’s disaster management agency, said another 6,500 people had been injured. Bangladesh has already sent six medical teams and necessary relief materials to help the friendly people of Nepal.
