Bangladesh A team giving a steady reply in their first innings to a visiting Zimbabwe A team’s first innings paltry total on the second day of first four-day match at the Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox’s Bazar.
The second string Bangladesh side resumed their first innings on the second day with overnight 30 for no loss and scored 162 for 3 in 92 overs at stumps, still trailing by 44 runs after the visitors dismissed their first innings at 206.
Middle orders batsmen Rakibul Hasan and Naeem Islam were on the crease with 16 and 17 runs respectively as the bails were drawn for the day.
Tinotenda Mutombodzi was the most successful bowler for Zimbabwe taking two wickets for 27 runs.
