Bangladesh Chattra League (BCL) on Thursday organized pleasure rally across the country congratulating Prime Minister’s ICT adviser Sajeeb Wazed Joy for getting `ICT for Development Award’.
Every University, District, Metropolitan and Upazila unit organized rally at 11:00 am.
BCL Dhaka University (DU) unit organized a rally at the premises of Raju Bhaskarjo, while BCL acting President Kazi Enayet, acting General Secretary Abdur Rajjak Lalon, DU unit President Abid Al Hasan and General Secretary Motaher Hossen Prince spoke at the rally.
BCL acting President said, Sajeeb Wazed Joy is a big asset for our country. He is a dreamer of Digital Bangladesh and he does glorify our country to the international community getting `ICT for Development Award’.
BCL DU unit President said we are very proud for the Grandson of Father of the Nation. On the other hand, our Prime Minister awarded `Agent of Change’ and she dressed as `Planet 50-50 champion’. We urge the Nobel Committee for selecting our Prime Minister for her outstanding contributions to the world.
BCL Vice President Arifur Rahman Limon, Mahedi Hasan Rony, Mithu Maksud Rana, Maksudur Rahman, Joint Secretary Rezaul Islam Reza, Didar Mohammad Nizam, Nowsad Sujon, Organizing Secretary Mobarak Hossain, Darus Salam Shakil, Publicity Secretary Saifuddin Babu, Agriculture Secretary Barkat Hossain Howlader, Religious Secretary Khair Uddin Chowdhury and DU unit Vice President Rummon Hossain were present, among others.
