The activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) on Sunday allegedly beat up a student at Chittagong University suspecting him an activist of Bangladesh Islami Chattra Shibir.
The victim was identified as Shahidul Islam, a student of Education and Research Institute under 2014-15 academic year.
The BCL activists are known as the follower of Mansur Alam,Senior Vice-President of CU BCL suspended committee. The victim was once active in the politics as follower of Mansur Alam.
