A Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) leader, who manhandled the reporters during Dhaka city election on February 1, has been arrested with Yaba pills from the citys Sutrapur area on Saturday midnight.
BCL leader was identified as Shahidul Islam Khan Riyad, Vice President of BCL Dhaka South unit.
