A counter suit accusing 54 chatra league activists of Chittagong college including Jubo league leader Noor Mustafa Tinu by the general secretary of Ctg city unit BCL Nurul Azim Roni filed before the Chowkbazar Thana police on Friday.
Sources said Chittagong college student belong to BCL Md. Asaduzzaman filed the case as plaintiff naming 14 Bcl activities and 40 others unidentified.
Before that Tinu group filed similar case accusing the general secretary Rony and his supporters in the same thana. Officer in-charge of Chowkbazar thana Aziz Ahmed confirmed the matter of filing of case by both the groups before them..
