Sylhet Correspondent :An activist of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) sustained stab injuries in an attack by miscreants in Shahi Eidgah area of the city on Friday night.The injured was identified as Arafat Hossain Chowdhury Akash,21, a resident of the area and BBA student of Madan Mohan College.Police and locals said Akash came under attack by a group of miscreants on the way to his residence in the area at night.The miscreants chopped him with sharp weapons indiscriminately, leaving him injured.Critically injured, Akash was admitted to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital.A case was filed with the Airport Police Station.
