Abdul Motaleb Haoladar, Executive Engineer (Civil) of Barishal City Corporation (BCC) has been suspended from July 29.
Israil Hossain, Chief Executive Officer of BBC, signing the suspension letter ordered him to be attached with the office of CEO of BCC immediately.
Belayet Hossain Bablu, Public Relations Officer of BCC, acknowledging the fact on Tuesday afternoon denied giving details.
Mentionable Serniabad Sadik Abdullah after taking charges as BCC mayor on last year removed Abdul Motaleb from the post of acting superintending engineer and made him as officer on special duty for alleged corruption and forgery in Bsc Engineering certificate.
After some days he was appointed as executive engineer of another section of BCC. BCC sources added Abdul Motaleb as executive and superintending engineer of BCC make huge corruption in distributing contract works and collecting bills during mayorship of BNP leader Ahsan Habib Kamal.
Anti Corruption Commission also started investigation about alleged forgery in Bsc Engineering certificate and collecting huge wealth and property without any legal sources.
