BCB eyes to resume domestic cricket soon

As the tour of Sri Lanka for a three-match Test series has been postponed, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is eying to host domestic cricket, BCB president Nazmul Hassan told the media on Monday at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. The last competitive cricket match took place in Bangladesh in March this year. Right after that, all the cricketing activities were suspended aiming to stop the spread of the coronavirus. However, most of the members of the national team backed to the field with an individual training programme ahead of Eid-ul-Adha. After the individual programme, BCB also started skill training programme involving a 27-member squad of the national team.
