The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) deeply condoled the passing away of Ekramul Bashar Tuhin, elder brother of former Bangladesh cricket captain and current BCB National Selection Panel member Habibul Bashar.
Ekramul Bashar, a renowned goalkeeper in his playing days who represented Dhaka Mohammedan, Bangladesh Police, East End Club, Farashganj, Arambagh and Dhanmondi Club in top level football, breathed his last at the Bangladesh Medical Hospital in Dhaka on Thursday after battling stomach cancer for over a year. He was 53.
The BCB extended sincere sympathies and prayers to the family of Ekramul Bashar.
