Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced on Wednesday the 18-member preliminary squad of Bangladesh, which will play three One Day International (ODI) matches and two Twenty20 International matches against Zimbabwe National Cricket team. All the matches will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) in Mirpur.
The players, who have been selected, are: Masrafe Bin Mortaza, Tamim Iqbal, Anamul Hoque, Liton Kumar, Soumya Sarker, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riyad, Shabbir Rahaman, Nasir Hossain, Arafat Sunny, Zubaer Hossain, Imrul Kayes, Mustafizur Rahman, Al-Amin Hossain, Kamrul Islam Rabbi, Shafiul Islam and Taskin Ahmed.
The players will report at the SBNCS in Mirpur today at 2.00 pm.
Zimbabwe National Cricket team will arrive in the city on November 2.
Bangladesh will take on Zimbabwe in the first ODI on Noveber 7, will face Zimbabwe in the second ODI on November 9, will meet Zimbabwe in the third ODI on November 11.
Bangladesh will play against Zimbabwe in the first Twenty20 International match on November 13, will take on Zimbabwe in the second Twenty20 International match on November 15.
Besides, Zimbabwe will play a warm-up match against their counterpart Bangladesh at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah on November 5.
Zimbabwe will depart Bangladesh for home on November 16.
