Muhammad Ayub and Md Pavel Hossain has been re-elected President and General Secretary of Bangladesh Cotton Association (BCA) for the term 2021-2023 respectivily.
The members of the newly formed Board of Directors unanimously elected him in the presence of the Election Board, which was confirmed at the Association’s Annual General Meeting on December 19, said a press release. The four elected vice presidents are Md Nuruzzaman, Sk Md Samiul Islam, Halim Sikdar and Maqbul Hossain, added the release. Akhtaruzzaman has been elected treasurer while Nani Gopal Saha, Kazi Azmal Haque, Idris Ali Molla and Mostofa Amranul Haque have been elected joint secretaries.
