BBC Media Action launches new radio magazine

Dosh Unish-er Mor, a new 100-episode weekly radio magazine programme for adolescents launches on Radio Today recently. Produced by BBC Media Action under the Generation Breakthrough project Dosh Unish-er Mor will be broadcast on Radio Today (FM 89.6) every Friday at 9:45pm.
Through entertainment the programme will feature, issues related to adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights and also gender based violence.
The programme is being made with funds from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (EKN), through UNFPA and Plan International, Bangladesh.
This project is focused on building healthy relationships for primary prevention of gender based violence (GBV) and meeting the sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) needs of adolescents in Bangladesh.
In this regard, the project will provide an increased access to comprehensive A-SRHR and GBV prevention information, so that the adolescents grow as responsible, non-violent, healthy and happy adults, as future partners, fathers, mothers and careers, with gender equitable attitudes and practices.
