The Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued a circular to set the age limit for the direct recruitment in banks.
The Banking Regulation and Policy Department (BRPD) of the central bank issued the circular on Thursday.
According to the BRDP circular letter no 48, all the recruitment advertisements to be published until December 31 this year should set the age limit of the candidates up to March 25, 2020.
The decision was taken for the banks which could not publish advertisements for direct recruitment during the coronavirus pandemic.
